Clubhouse

$50/hour for exclusive reservations

The indoor area located next to the gym on the 5th floor with a mini-kitchen and lounge space

• • Available to residents always for free unless reserved for exclusive use for an hourly fee

  • Can be reserved by a resident for exclusive use for 30 min up to 4 hours for up to 50 people

Courtyard

$75/hour for exclusive reservations

The large ground-level area containing the fountain, seating areas, and access to several of the commercial businesses

• • Available to residents and commercial owners, tenants, and patrons always for free and for community events unless reserved for exclusive use at a private event for an hourly fee

  • Community Courtyard Events

    • Community events must still be submitted via email below

    • Always check the courtyard private events calendar first to ensure that a private event doesn't conflict with your community event

    • These events are open to all, can have light outdoor music (until 10pm), cannot have ticket sales, and are limited to 75 people at any time for 1 hour up to 8 hours

    • Up to 3 community events can occur concurrently in the courtyard

  • Private Courtyard Events

    • Always check the courtyard community events calendar first to ensure that a community event doesn't conflict with your private event

    • These events are private and exclusive, can include outdoor music (until 10pm), can have paid tickets, and are limited to 100 people at any time for 1 hour up to 8 hours

Deck

$50/hour for exclusive reservations

The outdoor area outside the clubhouse, pool, and gym on the 5th floor

• • Available to residents only always for free unless reserved for exclusive use for an hourly fee

  • Can be reserved by a resident for exclusive use for 30 min up to 4 hours for up to 50 people

Grills

Free with reservation

Three grills outside the clubhouse

• • A free resident reservation is always required before using any one of the three grills

  • Each grill can be reserved by a resident for exclusive use for 30 min up to 2 hours

Gym

$25/hour for exclusive reservations

The indoor gym located next to the clubhouse on the 5th floor

• • Available to residents always for free unless reserved for exclusive use (class or private workout), also for free

  • Can be reserved by a resident for exclusive use for 15 min up to 1 hour for up to 10 people

Pool

Cannot be reserved exclusively

The 5th-floor pool and surrounding outdoor lounging space up until the gates

• • Available to residents always for free with a maximum of two guests per resident

  • To exceed the two-person guest limit, use the link below to register a large event at the pool (for free) for up to 10 people

  • Cannot be reserved for exclusive use

  • The pool has a maximum capacity of 75 guests

Reserving Amenities & Hosting Events

Most of the above amenities can be reserved for exclusive use at a small cost or for free. Additionally, if you are hosting an event in an area that cannot be exclusively reserved, such as the pool, please alert us before the event occurs. There is no cost associated with this specific alert. Reservations are managed via email through our Management Committee. The cost of the reservation will be automatically be applied to your HOA account.

Guidelines for Use

When using any of our amenities, please observe the following guidelines:

• Follow any posted rules for your safety.

• Be respectful of other users of the amenity. 

  • Be polite to others using the space.

  • Do not play music loudly to that will affect others in their units.

• Leave the amenities areas in good condition.

  • Clean equipment and remove and properly dispose of any trash.

  • Return furniture to its original locations.

  • Close umbrellas after using the pool.

• Observe the two-guests per unit limit — you can request a reservation (see above) if you have additional guests.

• No dogs are allowed in the pool area.
