Mail & Deliveries
To discourage and limit theft, collect your mail and packages promptly. If you will not be available to collect your packages or plan to be away, it is recommended that you contact the delivery carrier and request that your shipment be held at a local center.
U.S. Mail
The U.S. Postal Service delivers mail to two locations in the building.
Mail for residential units is delivered to the mail room in the residential lobby.
Mail for commercial units is delivered to the secure boxes located just inside the entrance to the garage.

Requesting Mailbox Lock and Key Replacements
Our Facility Manager can replace the mailbox locks if you lose the keys or the lock is broken. Fill out a maintenance request on the AppFolio Portal.
$75 will be charged to your HOA account for this service.
Other Deliveries
Parcels delivered by private couriers (such as UPS or FedEx) should be delivered directly to your door; however, some couriers may leave residential packages in the mail room.
Major couriers already have access to the building, but some smaller couriers may not. If a courier is requesting delivery instructions, you can provide your call box number and can buzz them in as necessary.
