HVAC Maintenance

COMMERCIAL HVAC ACCESS

Commercial outdoor heat pumps are located in the parking garage, Centennial Courtyard, Nelson Courtyard, or on the roof directly above the unit. Please always submit a maintenance request in AppFolio at least 48 hours in advance so our Facility Manager can give you the appropriate access to your HVAC vendor. We highly recommend using one of our recommended vendors. The following is a map of where commercial units are in the building, divided by color zone.

Residential & Live/Work HVAC ACCESS

All residential and live/work heat pumps are located on the rooftop. Maintenance or installation requires the coordination of a vendor (to do the repair or install), our Facility Manager (to provide access and monitor the repair), and typically a resident on the 4th floor.

1. Immediately submit a maintenance request in AppFolio to let our Facility Manager know that you require HVAC repair or replacement.

2. Reach out to one of our recommended vendors (we highly suggest you use one of these because they are familiar with our building).

3. In your maintenance request, coordinate with our Facility Manager and your vendor to set an exact date and time for your appointment. Our Facility Manager will also coordinate access with a homeowner on the 4th floor for roof access. Do not have a vendor come through until the Facility Manager has confirmed a specific date and time in your maintenance request.

4. On the day of your repair or installation appointment, please call our Facility Manager to give them the heads up.

5. Our Facility Manager will provide access and monitor the installation or repair.
